2026 Fall Tree Planting

The City of Ravenna is inviting sealed bids for the 2026 Fall Tree Planting project. Bids will be received at the Mayor's Office located at 210 Park Way, Ravenna, Ohio 44266 until 11:00 a.m. Ohio time on September 15, 2026. The bids will be opened and read at that time. Detailed specifications and bid packages can be obtained at the Mayor's Office during regular business hours, which are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.All bidders must include the full name and address of every person or company interested in the proposal. Additionally, each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond amounting to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. This check or bond should be made payable to the City of Ravenna, Ohio, and serves as a guarantee that a contract will be entered into if the bid is accepted and its performance properly secured.Bids must be submitted using the provided BID FORM and enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the title '2026 Fall Tree Planting'. The City retains the right to reject any or all bids, either in part or in total. If any bids are rejected, the accompanying check or bid bond will be returned to the bidder. If a bid is accepted, the check will be returned upon the proper execution of the contract. The Board of Control also reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
