On-Call Consultant Services for the Water Forum

The Water Forum is seeking qualified firms to provide a Statement of Qualification (SOQ) foron-call professional services. The Water Forum is administratively a department of the Cityof Sacramento and follows City policy and guidance for all legal, procurement, insurance,and contractual matters. Proposers to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) mustdemonstrate experience and capacity to deliver the services offered, as well as sufficientunderstanding of Water Form needs and the ability to scope and deliver professionalservices in an as needed and timely manner. The on-call list will be used for the next fiveCity Fiscal Years (October 2026 – June 2031).
