Diamond Peak Snowmaking System Re-Design and Replacement

IVGID intends to select a qualified Design-Build Team (D-B Team) to provide complete design, engineering, preconstruction, procurement, and, if authorized, construction services for the Project. The D-B Team shall include all professional engineering disciplines and specialty consultants necessary to develop complete, permit-ready and construction-ready Contract Documents, including an Engineer of Record appropriately licensed in the State of Nevada.The selected D-B Team will work collaboratively with IVGID, Diamond Peak operations staff, IVGID's permitting/planning consultant, and other District consultants. The D-B Team will be responsible for advancing the preliminary snowmaking concepts and planning information provided by IVGID into a complete engineered system.The initial phase of the Agreement will include design, engineering, field verification, constructability, estimating, scheduling, phasing, permitting support, procurement planning, and development of proposed construction pricing. Construction will proceed only through separately authorized construction packages following successful negotiation, Board authorization, available funding, applicable permits, and the District's determination that proceeding is in its best interest.
