Fire Suppression System Assessment, Maintenance, and Repair Services for Airport and Seaport Facilities in St Thomas/St John District

The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is soliciting proposal from qualified, certified and licensed mechanical contractors, specializing in fire suppression sytems to assess, repair, and maintain a commercial fire suppression system at the Cyril E King Airport and  located throughout the St. Thomas/St. John District.  Proposals will be received electronically, via the Authority's e-Procurement platform at https://viportbids.ionwave.net.  The selected Contractor(s) shall furnish and deliver all necessary labor, materials, equipment and transportation required to provide on call inspections, repair, and installation services at VIPA's facilities inclusive of airports and seaports. The services under this Contract will be effective for a period through September 30,2027 with three (3), one (1) year extension at the discretion of the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to make multiple awards for this requirement and/or to reject any or all bids.
