Elevator Maintenance and Inspections

JeffersonPatterson Park & Museum (JPPM) is seeking a firm to perform preventative maintenance on all elevators and lifts in the museum and to conduct the annual testing and inspections, as outlined in the attached Project Specifications entitled "Elevator Maintenance and Inspections" and 'invitation for Bid form. Preference is given to Certified Small Business and Veteran-Owned Small Business Enterprises. Also included are the "Bid/Proposal Affidavit (attachment 1), "Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure" (attachment 2) And a sample contract (attachment 3), A No Reply Form (attachment 4) A MANDATORY prebid meeting will be held on September 10, 2026, at 9:00 am in the Maintenance Office, followed by site visits. Any bid received from offerors who did not attend the prebid meeting will not be accepted.
