Garden Valley Roof Recover Project

The Garden Valley School District is seeking sealed bids for the construction of the Garden Valley Roof Recover Project. The work will be awarded under one General Contract, encompassing all related tasks. Bids must be submitted on a lump sum basis; segregated bids will not be accepted.Sealed bids will be received at the office of Design West Architects until 10:00 AM, prevailing local time, on Wednesday, September 9, 2026. At that time, bids will be opened and publicly read aloud. Any bids received after the designated time will not be considered.Project Documents will be available electronically in PDF format at no cost upon request from Design West Architects, P.A. at designwest@designwestid.com starting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, for Licensed Contractors in the State of Idaho. Hardcopy sets can be obtained by paying the reproduction cost, which will not be refunded.There will be a Pre-Bid meeting scheduled, and details will be provided in the project documents.
