Request for Proposals For New Enclosed Flare and Blower Skid at Eastern Sanitary Landfill For Baltimore County, Maryland

The Northeast Maryland Waste Disposal Authority (the “Authority”), a multi-jurisdictional agency, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to furnish a New Enclosed Flare and Blower Skid at the Eastern Sanitary Landfill in Baltimore County, MD (the “Facility”). The equipment to be furnished includes, but is not limited to, a new enclosed flare, three new blowers, plus control and monitoring equipment. The new equipment shall be furnished in accordance with Exhibits (1-3), prepared by the Authority’s engineer, SCS Engineers  Prospective Proposers may submit written questions only concerning this RFP to the attention of “RFP for New Enclosed Flare and Blower Skid Purchase”, to procurement@nmwda.org. Questions may be submitted via email by 4:00 PM, Local Time, on Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
