Engineering Services For Water Master Plan Development

The selected Consultant shall perform all services in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as accepted engineering principles, industry standards, and professional best practices, and provide all labor, supervision, technical expertise, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to prepare a comprehensive Water Master Plan for the City. The anticipated scope of services and tasks are provided in Attachment B. The scope of work represents the minimum services required to complete the Water Master Plan.Proposers are encouraged to recommend additional tasks, refinements, or value-added services that will enhance the quality, completeness, and long-term usefulness of the Water Master Plan. Additionally, proposers shall identify any assumptions, exclusions, exceptions, or recommended modifications to the Scope of Services in their proposal.Failure to identify assumptions or exclusions shall be interpreted as acceptance of the City'sScope of Services.
