SOLICITATION TITLE: Project Management Consultant Services for Fan Plant Component Repair and Fiber Installation at Various Locations (State)   Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), acting through MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D), is seeking a Project Management Consultant to provide comprehensive project support.
