Central Park Place Fire Sprinkler System Repair Re-Release

The Housing Authority of the City of Vancouver (VHA) is issuing this invitation to bid with the intention of awarding a contract for the purchase of services to repair the fire sprinkler system at our Central Park Place property, in accordance with RCW 39.26. A Contract may be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The VHA reserves the right to amend and modify this competitive solicitation. Communication about this solicitation with any VHA employee other than Procurement staff will disqualify your bid. Questions and clarifications are due September 16, 2026 by 5:00 PM.
