Fixed-Based Operators (FBO) on the East FBO Site of SBA

SBA is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from qualified entities who want to be considered for the upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP), for Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) on the East FBO Site, as referenced in SBA’s 6-9-2026 approved ALP. The East FBO Site consists of approximately 9.19 acres, with an optional expansion area of approximately 16.16 acres and a fuel storage facility premises of approximately .95 acres. It is SBA’s intent to invite those qualified entities that respond to the RFQ and submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) and meet the minimum qualifications, to submit proposals for its Request for Proposals (RFP) for Fixed Based Operators (FBOs) on the East FBO Site of SBA. Those Respondent Entities not invited to the RFP process will not be considered for SBA’s current FBO Redevelopment opportunity (East Site).
