The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, and incidentals necessary for the complete installation of a new Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Canopy System within the existing Fresno Flea Market parking area, in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and applicable codes.
