Police Department Communication Center Move

The objective of this project is to remodel portions of the Police Department’s first floor to serve as the new Public Safety Communication Center (PSCC) and to decommission and restore the original PSCC space. This multi phased effort requires completion and full operational readiness of the new first floor PSCC before work proceeds on the remaining areas identified in the drawings and specifications. PSCC operations must remain continuously powered and uninterrupted throughout construction. Work includes extensive coordination and installation of complex low voltage systems between the first and second floors; demolition of existing walls; construction of new walls; updated finishes; HVAC modifications and additions; new lighting; electrical and plumbing upgrades; and minor exterior and site improvements.Full information for this bid can be found here: Police Department Communication Center Move
