Terminal Building Repairs

Sealed bids are being sought for the Terminal Building Repairs at Lancaster Airport located in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The work involves furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. Bids will be received by the Lancaster Airport Authority until 2:00 PM local time on September 4, 2026, at the Lancaster Airport Authority Conference Room, 500 Airport Road, Suite G, Lititz, Pennsylvania 17543, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud.No pre-bid meeting will be conducted for this project. Bidders are encouraged to submit their proposals with adequate force and equipment to commence work as specified in a written order from the Owner. The successful contractor will be required to provide a Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond, each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price. Additionally, no bid may be withdrawn for a period of 45 calendar days following the bid submission date.Bidders can obtain information and bidding documents by emailing cmartin@lancasterairport.com. Any questions regarding the bid should also be directed to the Lancaster Airport Authority at the same email address. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to the Lancaster Airport Authority, including the project title 'Terminal Building Repairs' in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope.The Lancaster Airport Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and re-advertise as necessary.
