Village of Woodville Land for Rent

The Village of Woodville Council is seeking bids for a three-year agricultural lease of 38.26 acres of tillable farmland owned by the Village. This land is part of Parcel 28-27-00-0029-04 located on CR 117 (Port Clinton Road) in Woodville Township, Sandusky County, Ohio. The lease will begin in December 2026 and will end on November 30, 2029, with annual rental payments due on the 1st of December for the years 2027 to 2029. It is required that crop rotation be implemented to help with soil degradation.Bids must be submitted in writing to Tom Brickley, Village Administrator, at the Village of Woodville, 530 Lime Street, Woodville, Ohio 43469 by 3 p.m. on September 18, 2026. The bids will be opened during the regular Council meeting on September 21, 2026. The Village of Woodville Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
