IFB for HVAC Equipment Replacement

Issuing Procurement Unit: Tooele County The purpose of this IFB is to obtain sealed bids from qualified and licensed HVAC contractors for replacement of two rooftop HVAC units serving the Indoor Arena and one air-cooled chiller serving the Conference Center at The Peak Sports & Entertainment Complex. Qualified contractors are invited to submit bids in accordance with the requirements and specifications contained in this IFB and attached documents. It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single firm-fixed-price award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the lowest bid. Vendor must guarantee its pricing for sixty (60) days. See specifications and instructions in the attached document.
