Sealed bids will be received by the Public Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul for the Elevator Modernization at Hamline Hi-Rise, Contract No. 27-083. Bids must be submitted electronically in a PDF format or may be sealed and delivered to the specified address. The deadline for submission is September 17, 2026, at 2:00 PM, Local Time, when they will be publicly opened and read aloud via the Teams App.A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 2, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Hamline Hi Rise Community Room, followed by a tour of the building. Questions arising from this conference will be addressed by addendum if necessary.Bidders must provide a 5% bid guarantee, a non-collusive affidavit, an EEO form, and a Minnesota Responsible Contractor Compliance Affidavit. The successful bidder will need to furnish both a performance bond and a separate payment bond.The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
