RFQ#26025 Architecural and Engineering Services for Facilities (New, Existing and Future)

The City of Deltona, pursuant to the provisions of Section 287.055, Florida Statutes (the “Consultant’s Competitive Negotiation Act”), requests qualifications from firms to provide full Architectural and Engineering (A & E) Services on projects initiated by the City of Deltona. We are seeking qualified firms to support a broad range of architectural and engineering services across all phases of project development. Work may be comprised of, but not limited to, civil, structural, geotechnical, environmental, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary engineering; architectural design; land surveying and mapping; permitting and regulatory support; data collection and feasibility studies; property appraisals and reviews; technical specifications development; cost estimating and value engineering; and technical analysis. We require firms with expertise in program and project management, including contractor oversight and owner’s representation.
