Fire Station 71 Design and Construction Owner's Representative

The City of Upper Arlington is seeking the services of an Owner's Representative ("OR") to work with City staff, the Fire Division, and the Design Professional on the renovation and expansion of Fire Station #71, located at 2095 Arlington Avenue.   There will be a site visit at the Station 71 location on August 31, 2026 at 9:00 AM.  Interested vendors will be able to tour the Station and ask questions regarding the Scope of Work.
