Elevator Modernization At Ravoux Hi-Rise

Sealed bids will be received by the Public Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul for the Elevator Modernization at Ravoux Hi-Rise until 2:00 PM, Local Time, on September 16, 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in a pdf format to Alpha Graphics or may be sealed and delivered to the specified address. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 2, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at the Hamline Hi Rise Community Room, followed by a Pre-Bid Tour of the building. All questions from the pre-bid conference will be addressed by addendum if necessary. A complete set of bid documents can be obtained by contacting Alpha Graphics. Digital downloads are free, while hard copies may incur a cost. Bids must include a 5% bid guarantee, non-collusive affidavit, EEO form, and Minnesota Responsible Contractor Compliance Affidavit. The successful bidder will need to provide both a performance bond and a separate payment bond. The PHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
