The Town of Yarmouth is seeking written quotes for the Generator Maintenance and Repair in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149. This Request for Quotes is being procured using the Operational Services Division (OSD) Tradesperson contract TRD01: Under contract category 6: Generator Services. This quote request is in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149. The estimated value of this procurement is less than $50,000. Contractors must be properly licensed and insured. Quotes must be submitted electronically by 2:30 p.m. on September 10, 2026. Quotes must be emailed to Laura Hayden, DPW Administrative Supervisor, at . Late submissions will not be considered. All labor is to be in accordance with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts prevailing Wage Rates. The Quotes must reflect the Prevailing Wage Schedule # 20260820143131 issues August 21, 2026. All bidders shall be required to provide Certification of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Training in accordance with Massachusetts General Law 30: Section 39S, as amended by Chapter 306 of the Acts of 2004, effective 7/1/06.
