It is recommended that all bidders attend the pre-bid conference; however, attendance is not mandatory.Sealed bids in duplicate, will be received by the City of Needville at 9022 Main Street, Needville, Texas 77471. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 11:00 a.m.
