Sealed bids are being accepted until 2:00 PM on September 16, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, located at 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas. This is for the RMTC Motor Pool 17505 (Lot 4) project situated in North Little Rock, Arkansas, for the Arkansas Department of Military. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 10:00 AM on September 9, 2026, at 1301 Missouri Ave., Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72199. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings as necessary. Bidders are required to examine the complete set of contract documents, which can be obtained from Capital Imaging at 601 S. Prime bidders will receive one set of bidding documents upon depositing a check for $150 per set, made payable to Michael Baker International. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return the documents.
