The project involves the provision of all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental items necessary for the installation of new roadway and pedestrian gates, signals, and ancillary facilities aimed at enhancing safety at the Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) Crossing with State Route 88.A pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM via Microsoft Teams Meeting. Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly recommended. There will not be a pre-bid site tour as the site is publicly accessible.Bidders must ensure that their submissions are received and time-stamped by the Purchasing and Materials Management Department by 1:30 PM on September 21, 2026. Bids received after this time will be considered non-responsive.
