IFB-26-47 2027 Run Bentonville Finisher Medals

The City of Bentonville, Arkansas, is accepting formal, sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and delivery of the 2027 Run Bentonville Finisher and Age Group Medals, with an approximate total of 16,415 (sixteen thousand four hundred fifteen) finisher medals with lanyards and 900 (nine hundred) age group medals with lanyards, ordered at various times throughout the year. Bentonville Parks and Recreation delivers premier running experiences through the Run Bentonville Race Series and the Bentonville Half Marathon, welcoming approximately 16,000 participants annually. The City seeks a Vendor capable of providing high quality, comprehensive products, a reliable production and delivery timeline, competitive pricing, and full artwork proofing and design services for the medal(s) and lanyard(s) design(s). Final award will be based on the lowest, most responsive, and responsible bid that meets all of the City’s specifications, requirements, standards, and needs for the 2027 Run Bentonville Race Series, for the City of Bentonville Parks and Recreation Department.
