Sealed bids will be received until 1:00 PM, Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at the Town of Ocean Isle Beach Town Hall - Administration Conference Room, 111 Causeway Drive, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469. The bids will be opened and publicly read for the work connected with the Terminal Apron Rehabilitation at Odell Williamson Municipal Airport (60J) as per the plans and specifications prepared by Talbert, Bright and Ellington, LLC, dated August 2026.A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 10:30 AM, Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at the same location. While attendance is not mandatory, it is strongly recommended that all prospective bidders have a qualified representative present.The project involves providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the Terminal Apron Rehabilitation project. Key tasks include erosion control, pavement demolition, earthwork, aggregate base course, bituminous paving, taxiway lighting, and marking.Bid Forms, Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents can be accessed at the Town of Ocean Isle Beach Town Hall and Talbert, Bright and Ellington, LLC.
