RFP-26-48 BPR Tennis and Pickleball Provider

The City of Bentonville is accepting formal, sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive management, operations, and programming services for its Citizens Park Tennis Complex and Creekside Pickleball Complex, as well as additional public tennis and pickleball facilities, both current and future. The selected proposer will oversee facility operations; develop and deliver year-round recreational programming for youth and adults; coordinate leagues, private and group lessons, camps, tournaments, and special events; and collaborate with Parks and Recreation staff to enhance community engagement and participation. Services include staffing, facility oversight, program planning, promotional activities, and support for City and third-party events. The selected proposer will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, Civil Rights Laws, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, while maintaining a commitment to inclusive, equitable, and accessible programming. The goal of this project is to provide high quality, tennis and pickleball experiences while supporting the continued growth, accessibility, and success of Bentonville’s Parks and Recreation system.
