The Smackover-Norphlet Public School District is seeking bids for the alterations and addition of the Smackover Gymnasium located at 1 Buckaroo Lane, Smackover, Arkansas. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Bidders can deliver their proposals either physically to the offices of CADM Architecture, Inc. at 214 North Washington, Suite 413, El Dorado, Arkansas, or via email to mail@cadmarchitects.com. The bid opening will commence at 2:00 p.m. and will be conducted in an online video/teleconference meeting. Interested parties can obtain the login information by contacting the Office of the Architect prior to the bid opening.An onsite Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend this meeting, which will start at the main entrance of the Smackover Gymnasium.Plans and specifications for the project are available for examination at CADM Architecture, Inc.
