Office Supplies

The Killeen Independent School District is accepting proposals for office supplies to include general related items. This is a percent discount bid for catalog prices of office supply type items. Killeen ISD will accept multiple awards to vendors offering the competitive pricing thus allowing the District to choose different vendors best meeting its requirements, based on price, availability, convenience, reliability, responsiveness, and track record. Such purchases will be made on an as needed basis. A NUMERIC VALUE MUST BE ENTERED ON THE LINE ITEM SECTION OF THE RFP - IF NOT APPLICABLE OR NO DISCOUNT IS OFFERED, ENTER "0." BLANK RESPONSES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, THEREFORE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FURTHER. This contract will be effective on or around October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 and may be renewed for four (4) additional years in one (1) year increments, based upon availability of funding and providing that both parties are in agreement. The District, through its duly authorized constituted officials, reserves the right to accept any offer in its entirety or in part, any offer deemed most advantageous to the Killeen Independent School District and to waive any formalities in bidding. All questions received and the corresponding answers will be distributed to all bidders via the electronic bid system. No verbal responses will be provided. The deadline for questions about this proposal is stated in the Event Details. The District will not respond to questions after this time and date. The vendors will be responsible for checking the website for any posted Q&A.
