The Mercer County Technical Schools Board of Education is inviting competitive bids for the furnishing and installation of a challenge course at Mercer County Technical Schools Sypek Center. All necessary bid specifications and forms can be obtained by submitting a written request to Nisha Goyal, Assistant School Business Administrator/Board Secretary, Mercer County Technical Schools Board of Education, 1085 Old Trenton Road, Trenton, New Jersey 08690, or via email at zconcepcion@mcts.edu.Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary by Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. Late bids will not be accepted. The Board of Education does not accept electronic submissions of bids at this time. The bid opening will take place at the Mercer County Technical Schools Business Office, located at 1085 Old Trenton Road, Trenton, NJ 08690, on the specified date and time. Bids may also be submitted at the bid opening meeting prior to the designated time.All bidders must comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Additionally, the bid package will include other documents that must be completed and returned with the bid. Non-compliance with the Instructions to Bidders may result in disqualification and rejection of the bid. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities.
