Sheriff's Office Jail Door Locks

Bradley County Sheriff's Office is requesting sealed bids for the procurement of eighty-eight (88) jail door locks intended for law enforcement use. Bidders are required to submit their proposals to the Bradley County Sheriff's Office, Attention: Cassandra Stone, located at 2290 Blythe Avenue, Cleveland, Tennessee 37311. All submissions must be in a sealed envelope clearly labeled 'Bid – Jail Door Locks' and must be received by 4:30 p.m. on September 4, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered. Interested bidders can obtain copies of the bid specifications and requirements directly from the Bradley County Sheriff's Office at the same address, or they can contact the office at (423)728-7335 or via email at cburgiss@bradleycountytn.gov for further information. Any inquiries regarding the bid should also be directed to Cassandra Stone through the provided email or phone number. It is important to note that the successful bidder will not commence any services until a fully executed contract is in place with the County. Additionally, the bidder is required to indemnify and hold the County harmless throughout the duration of the contract. Any addenda that provide further information will be made available on the County's official website at www.bradleycountytn.gov. The County reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, reject any or all bids for any reason, and/or accept the bid that it deems to be in the best interest of Bradley County.
