Village of Bradley 2026 Sanitary Sewer Cured-in-Place Pipelining - Basin 4

The Village of Bradley is seeking sealed proposals for improvements at the Public Works Department located at 210 E. Broadway Street, Bradley, Illinois, 60915. Proposals are due by 10:00 A.M. on September 09, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Bidders must ensure that no proposals are withdrawn after the opening without consent from the President and Board of Trustees for a period of ninety days following the bid closing. All proposals must be sealed in an envelope addressed to the Village of Bradley, with the bidder's name and project name clearly marked on the outside. Bids must be submitted using the forms provided by the Engineer. Bid documents, including specifications, are available at the office of the Engineer, Robinson Engineering, Ltd. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of at least ten percent of the bid amount is required with each proposal as a guarantee for contract performance. A performance bond equal to one hundred percent of the bid amount must also be provided by the successful bidder. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, postpone the bid opening, or solicit new proposals if deemed necessary. Contractors must comply with prevailing wage rates as established by the Illinois Department of Labor and adhere to all relevant regulations. Prequalification is required to receive a bid package, and proposals may not be issued to those deemed unqualified by the Engineer or the President and Board of Trustees.
