Sealed bids for the Susquehanna County Courthouse ERV Replacement Project will be received at the County Commissioner's Office, Susquehanna County Courthouse Building, 31 Lake Avenue, PO Box 218, Montrose, PA 18801 until 12:00 PM on September 8, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the County Commissioner's meeting on September 9, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Susquehanna County Commissioner's Meeting Room, 31 Lake Avenue, PO Box 218, Montrose, PA 18801.There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting held at 11:00 A.M. on August 27, 2026. Information for the meeting will be emailed to registered planholders.The Contract Documents may be obtained electronically by registering with Sarah Booher at sbooher@gpinet.com. Bids must be submitted upon the forms furnished by the County. Only registered Bidders will be on record to receive Addenda.Notice is hereby given that this project is a Public Works Project and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P.L., 744 and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act No. 442 of August 15, 1961, as amended on August 9, 1963.The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Susquehanna County. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the bidder within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by Susquehanna County. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope containing Bid, Bid Bond, and other required forms and shall be addressed to Susquehanna County Controller's Office, and shall be plainly marked with the wording, "Bid for Susquehanna County Courthouse ERV Replacement Project".
