Flora Vista MDWA Water System Improvements

Flora Vista Mutual Domestic Water Association (MDWA) is seeking bids for the construction of the Flora Vista MDWA Water System Improvements project. The work involves replacing approximately 14,000 linear feet of existing waterline with new 6-inch C900 PVC waterline along the Old Aztec Highway and NM Highway 516. Additionally, the project includes the installation of four pressure reducing valves along Highway 516 and the construction of a water haul station at the Owner's office. Bids for the construction will be received at the Souder, Miller & Associates Farmington Office located at 401 W Broadway Ave, Farmington, NM 87401, until September 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time, at which point the bids will be publicly opened and read. The project must be substantially completed by May 1, 2027.
