This work is undertaken pursuant to a court order in Spalding County, Georgia v. Real Property Located at 349 Railroad Avenue et al., Magistrate Court of Spalding County, Civil Action No. 25-S-2412, declaring the property a public nuisance and authorizing the County to enter the property and abate the nuisance. Bids will be received no later than September 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM, by Mitzy Campbell, Spalding County Purchasing Officer. Bids received after the above date and time, or in any location other than the Purchasing Department, will not be considered.
