Engineering Svcs - Plum Point Lane Bridge Rehabilitation

QUESTIONS Due: August 25, 2026 by 3:00 pm to: generalservices@orangecountygov.com  The County of Orange ("County" or "Owner") by and through its Department of Parks, Recreation and Conservation (“Parks Department”) is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide services for the rehabilitation of the Plum Point Bridge as further described in the Specifications portion of this RFP. Please note that this is merely an RFP and NOT an instruction to proceed with the services, unless and until a Contract is executed.*   Date of site visit passed on August 19, 2026.  The County shall neither be liable for, nor review proposed contract amendments, etc. for inadequate pricing, labor, materials, time, and/ or similar issues in successful offeror's contract with the County resulting from said offeror's failure to attend and obtain information provided at the pre-proposal conference and site visit and/or any addenda issued afterward. *Plum Point Bridge Rehab 1993 - document is too large for the NYSCR, document is visible on BidNet. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: none.
