Activity Bus Transportation Services

Española Public Schools is seeking sealed bids for Activity Bus Transportation Services to provide transportation for District-sponsored activities, athletics, field trips, and other authorized student travel. Bids must be submitted to the Educational Services Center, Attn: Daniel Gutierrez Garcia, Chief Procurement Officer, 405 Hunter Street, Española, NM 87532, by 11:00 a.m. (MDT) on Wednesday, September 2, 2026. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure timely delivery of their bids. Any inquiries regarding this bid must be submitted in writing and received by the District by the date specified in the ITB Sequence of Events. Responses to questions will be provided through written addendum. All meetings and bid openings will be conducted in accessible locations in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
