Project consists of construction of a new approximately 3,400-square-foot utility/ancillary building for the Ticonderoga Joint Town/Village Fire District, providing a single Group U Occupancy utility space. The wood-framed building includes wood roof trusses, an insulated EPDM roof, fiber-cement siding and panels, fiber-cement soffits, PVC trim, a low ground-face CMU water table with cast-stone sill, fixed aluminum storefront windows, three insulated sectional overhead doors, and two exterior hollow-metal personnel doors with narrow vision lites. Interior work includes a concrete slab and exposed metal liner panels, as well as associated electrical work.
