Traumatic Brain Injury Family, Advocacy, Counseling and Training Services (SOI OPD-2026-56)

The New York State Office of People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) is issuing this Solicitation of Interest (SOI) to nonprofit organizaitons for the purpose of finding a field of potential applicants who would be interested and are qualified to provide services on a statewide basis to individuals who have sustained a traumatic brain injury (TBI) prior to the age or 22. The SOI is not a Request for Proposal and does not represent a commitment to issue a Request for Proposal nor does it constitute a commitment to award a contract. OPWDD is solicitating Letters of Interest in order to determine the best method of procuring the services described in this notice. Letters of Interest must be emailed to OPWDDGrants@opwdd.ny.gov no later than 9/11/26, 5:00PM.  Please include "SOI TBI FACTS (and Organizaiton name)" in the subject line in the email when submitting your response.  Your Letter of Interest must demonstrate your organization meets the minimum qualificaitons, including a description of oyur experience and how you could provide the services on a statewide basis.
