Scope includes reworking piping in boiler room and limited piping in a hallway to modernize zoning of the building. New intake, exhaust, VFD, and other work is included in scope of work. Existing boiler system shall run through the upcoming winter. The intent for this project is to start construction in Spring of 2027.
