SCOPE: The project consists of constructing pedestrian mobility and intersection improvements along 7th Avenue at the intersections of 17th Street, Angel Oliva Senior Street, and 19th Street. PRE-BID CONFERENCE: None Work shall include but not be limited to clearing and grubbing, selective demolition of existing concrete improvements, tree removal, milling of existing asphalt pavement, installation of optional base, reconstruction of curb ramps at each quadrant of the intersections to achieve ADA compliance, construction of new concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, installation of detectable warning surfaces, adjustment of existing manholes, valve boxes, and meter boxes, restoration of historic architectural brick roadway and sidewalk pavers within the project limits, installation and relocation of regulatory signing, pavement markings and raised pavement markers, relocation of existing benches, installation of new trash receptacles, and all associated restoration and incidental work necessary to complete the improvements in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
