Food Distribution/Services to the Newton County Jail

The Newton County Commission is requesting sealed proposals for food distribution and services to the Newton County Jail. Proposals must be clearly marked with the solicitation ID 'RFP 2026-25' and submitted by 10:00 am on Thursday, September 24, 2026. At that time, the Commission will open and read the proposals. It is crucial that the proposals are received by the specified deadline and contain sufficient information for evaluation. Any proposals submitted after the deadline will be disqualified. The County will not accept any proposals sent via postage due mail or through email. Additionally, the County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
