The work includes converting the existing north sedimentation basin to a bioretention basin by placing engineered fill and installing an underdrain, constructing an outlet structure for the bioretention basin, and constructing an outlet structure, repairing the emergency overflow weir and amending soils in an infiltration basin. The City requires this work be completed no later than January 15, 2027 with completion within 90 calendar days of starting.
