Pre-Engineered Golf Course Range Structure Project

The Joliet Park District is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a Pre-Engineered Golf Course Range Structure at Inwood Golf Course Range. Bidders are required to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project. Bids must be submitted to Sean Caddigan, Deputy Director at the Joliet Park District, located at 3000 W. Jefferson St., Joliet, IL 60435, by 1:00 PM on Friday, September 4th. Separate sealed bids are required for each contract. The project completion date is set for July 2027. Plans, specifications, and proposal forms can be downloaded from the Procore webpage. Bidders must contact Featherstone, Inc. at kevinb@featherstoneinc.com or call (312) 286-9507 for Procore access. Printed bid documents can be purchased from Cross Rhodes Reprographics in Lombard, IL. All contracts must comply with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. A public bid opening will occur at the Joliet Park District at 1:00 PM on September 4th. The Joliet Park District encourages minority business enterprises to submit bids and will not discriminate based on race, color, or national origin.
