Street Repairs

The City of Linneus is seeking separate sealed bids for street repairs. Bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk located at 207 N. High St., Linneus, MO 64653 until 6:30 PM on September 9, 2026. After this time, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Interested bidders can examine the Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and other contract documents at the City Clerk's office or at Allstate Consultants LLC located at 30601 Highway 5, Marceline, MO 64658. Bidders can view and order copies of the Contract Documents and related information online at https://www.a adsplanroom.n.net/ or by contacting American Document Solutions at 1400 Forum Blvd, Suite 7A, Columbia, MO 65203. Specifications and Plans (24 X 36) are available for a non-refundable deposit of $75.00, with checks payable to 'ADS'. The mailing costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. To be considered an eligible bidder, all contract documents must be obtained from American Document Solutions. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids.
