Village of Mantua Requesting Bids - Refuse Collection and Curbside Recycling Services

The Village of Mantua is seeking sealed proposals for refuse collection and curbside recycling services. Bids must be submitted to Ryan Klemm, the Village Administrator, at the Village's address by 3:00 p.m. on October 6, 2026. The proposals will be publicly opened at that time in the Village Council Chambers. The Mantua Village Council will review the bids during their regular meeting on October 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Bidders can obtain the bid package from the Village Offices from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or by emailing the Village Administrator. All bids must comply with the specifications outlined in the bid package and be submitted using the provided forms. Bids must be sealed and marked appropriately, and must include a bid bond or certified check for $2,500. Questions regarding the bid should be directed to Ryan Klemm via email. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids and will evaluate submissions based on the lowest and best value.
