NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Director of Lease & Property Management of Alternatives, Inc., County of Somerset, State of New Jersey on September 18th, 2026 at 11:00 am at the Agency's main office located at 600 First Avenue, Raritan, NJ 08869 for a closed bid opening. This bid is for architect services for a group home redevelopment project located in Branchburg. The project involves converting a two-bedroom single-family ranch into an accessible residence with four bedrooms, two accessible bathrooms, and a NFPA13D fire suppression system. It is required that bidders have group home experience. The project site address is 2144 S.
