HVAC Units Removal and Replacement

Rahway Community Action Organization is inviting bids for the removal and replacement of four Carrier rooftop HVAC units. The scope of work includes the complete removal and proper disposal of the existing HVAC units, as well as the furnishing and installation of four new Carrier rooftop HVAC units. This includes all necessary parts, materials, labor, equipment, start-up, testing, and related work to ensure a fully operational system. Bidders must also account for the costs of all required permits, inspections, and fees associated with the project. Specifications for the HVAC units are available upon request. Bids should reflect the total cost for completing the entire job. All bidders must adhere to prevailing wage laws, possess the necessary licenses and insurance, and hold a valid NJ Public Works Contractor ID. Scheduled site visits are strongly recommended. Sealed bids must be delivered to 796 E. Hazelwood Ave., Rahway, NJ, 07065, Attention: Kevin Brown, or submitted via email to kbrown@rahwaycao.org by 5 p.m. on September 18.
