2026-2027 Snow Removal Services

Warwick Township will be accepting sealed electronic bids for snow removal services for the Winter Season of 2026-2027 beginning Friday, August 21, 2026. All bids shall be submitted electronically by setting up credentials on PennBid @ https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com. No bids will be accepted after 8:00 AM (Prevailing Time) on Monday, October 5, 2026. All bids shall be opened shortly after. All bids are confidential, and no information will be released until after the award. Anticipated award date is Monday, October 19, 2026, at the Warwick Township Board of Supervisors meeting at 7 p.m. Please ensure that all the required documents are completed and submitted as part of your bid. A copy of the Certificate of Insurance, with Warwick Township named as an additional insured, must be received before any work may start by a successful bidder. Insurance amount must be not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000), not less than (2,000,000 aggregate) If you will not be bidding on a particular type of equipment, please mark “No Bid” on the Equipment Bid Sheet next to the equipment listed.
