REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMaR) FIRE & EMS STATION 21 RECONSTRUCTION FOR CITY OF WEST DES MOINES, IOWA   Electronically submitted Statements of Qualifications will be received by the City of West Des Moines City Clerk’s Office at https://wdm.ionwave.net until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 30, 2026, for the following described public improvement project: 0510-045-2026 Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Fire & EMS Station 21 If any firm needs assistance in registering within wdm.ionwave.net or anything associated with the submittal of an electronic submission, please contact the City Clerk’s Office at 515-222-3600 or Ryan.Jacobson@wdm.iowa.gov. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals and to waive any and/or all technicalities and/or all irregularities. There will be a non-mandatory pre-submittal conference on Monday September 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., CDT in the Council Chambers located at 4200 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50265. Requests for Clarifications or inquiries that arise regarding this RFQ shall be submitted via email to the City of West Des Moines’ Architect, Farnsworth Group, Inc., Attn: Kristofer J.
